Jaye Martin
Vice President of Administration

The VP of Administration, Jaye Martin, has over 26 years of experience in the medical device manufacturing field. She is a team-oriented leader with a high sense of urgency, a commitment to success and a knack for problem solving. Specializing in process management, project implementation and acquisition integration. Angelo State University graduate with honors, with a concentration in business administration.

Matt Picha
Vice President of Operations

The VP of Operations, Matt Picha, has over 20 years of experience in compounding and mixing/filling solutions. He has extensive knowledge in regulatory (control, creation, guidelines & quality assurance), that combined with his comprehensive understanding of product development, makes him the perfect candidate to oversee the multiple teams that make up operations at Nurse Assist, Inc.

Mark Schnoerr
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

The VP of Sales and Marketing, Mark Schnoerr, has over 30 years of experience in the medical device business. Upon his graduation, he began his career at companies that would later become part of Baxter, Edwards Life Sciences, ACMI, Gyrus, Olympus and was involved in sales, product management, director and VP levels in marketing, product and procedure development and sales management. His extensive knowledge and understanding of medical devices, sales & marketing lead him to Nurse Assist in 2012 as VP, Sales and Marketing Team.

 

Steve Belken
Vice President of Finance

The Vice President of Finance, Steve Belken, has over 29 years of experience in the financial world. He is a proven finance leader with  experience in multiple industries (Technology, Industrial, Medical, Moving etc.) supporting several functional areas (manufacturing, corporate and operations). His qualifications are Financial Analysis, Complex Problem Resolution, Acquisition Integration, Strategic Planning,  and Forecasting, & Market & Competitive Analysis. He has played a key role at Nurse Assist, Inc. as part of the Sr. Management-Team.

Bryan Latham
Director of Manufacturing

The Director of Manufacturing, Bryan Latham, has over 20 years of experience in high quality/high volume manufacturing. Starting his career at Alcon in 1998 as a chemical compounder, he held various positions that included: Compounding Supervisor, SR QA Analyst, Production Supervisor, & Production Manager. His knowledge of safety, standard operating procedures and good manufacturing processes has not only increased efficiencies, but has allowed us to train a new elite staff of production management at Nurse Assist, Inc.

Bryan Daniels
Director of Sales

The Director of Sales, Bryan Daniels, has over 16 years of experience in sales/marketing to fortunate 500 companies, primarily dealing directly with C-Level management. He has extensive knowledge in marketing (online, yellow pages, SM Local, SEO, PPC, PPA, Google Analytics, & social media), that combined with his broad understanding of medical device products, makes him the perfect candidate to work directly with the Nurse Assist Clients nationwide.

 

Brady Kile
Quality Manager

The Quality Manager, Brady Kile, began his career working in quality operations for a Fortune 400 post-acute healthcare provider. During this time, he focused on operations, quality, and regulatory audits of their various healthcare locations across the United States.  Later, he transitioned to medical device manufacturing where he has extensive experience with FDA requirements such as 21 CFR 820, ISO standards such as 9001, 13485, 11137 & 14971, and USP standards. During his tenure at Nurse Assist, Inc. Brady was promoted to the senior manager of quality and regulatory operations, including the on-site microbiology and chemistry testing labs.  His in-depth knowledge of solutions has lead Nurse Assist, Inc. to higher quality standards with a patient safety focus for our product lines.

 

Tom Casey
Manager of Purchasing and Planning

The Manager of Purchasing, Tom Casey, has 37 years of experience in  Materials/ Planning/ Supply Chain Management & is proficient in SAP. His analytical strategic planning, production scheduling, purchasing and inventory control experience in medical products has been one of the leading advantages to helping Nurse Assist, Inc. have substantial advantages in today's medical device market.

 

Sharon Carter
Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager, Sharon Carter, has over 32 years of experience in sales, marketing, & customer service. She previously worked in sales for Welcon, who was purchased by Nurse Assist, Inc. in 2005. At that time she transitioned into the customer service role and eventually took over the customer service team as manager. Since that time she has developed relationships with hundreds of Nurse Assist's clients, helping them and guiding them through any problem they need solved. She is a wealth of medical device knowledge and is always willing to go above and beyond for our customers.

Kristopher Ross
Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager, Kris Ross, has extensive experience in mechanical equipment.  In his early career at Dr. Pepper he was responsible for maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production machines. That includes: high volume bottle filling lines, liquid bag filling systems, & robotic production equipment. He holds certifications in Pearson Packaging Systems, Sen-Pac Robotic Palletizer, Krones Varioline and is a  Variopack mechanic.

Ismael Gonzalez
AR/AP

The AR/AP Processor, Ismael Gonzalez, has over 14 years of experience in medical device manufacturing. He has had a multitude of responsibilities that have ranged all the way from shipping to AR/AP. He has extensive knowledge of accounting, & financial statements, payment terms, credit applications, &  accounts receivable age analysis.

Chantavia Arnold
Project Engineer

Chantavia Arnold brings over 18 years’ experience in Quality, Regulatory, and Production within the Medical Device and Aerospace Industries. While at the University of Texas at Austin, she studied and ultimately majored in Industrial Engineering. After graduating and joining the workforce industry, she gained extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9102, ISO 14971 and ISO 13485. She holds various ASQ certifications including Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Certified Quality Engineer(CQE). A Six Sigma Green Belt and a certification in Project Management makes this new role as a Project Engineer her most exciting role yet!

 

Isabel Schulte
Lab Supervisor / Microbiologist

The Lab Supervisor/Microbiologist, Isabel Schulte, has over 23 years of experience in sterility of medical devices, parenteral drugs, personal care and food products. She holds a degree in biology from the University of Missouri-St Louis. Her strong experience on microbiological & chemistry methods has made her the perfect asset to Nurse Assist's two in-house labs. Isabel's comprehension of microbiology/chemistry made her the ideal supervisor to oversee our labs and to support production.

Noel Menijivar
Quality Engineer

Noel is a reliable Quality professional with ten plus years of experience specializing in compliance with internal and external auditors. His early career allowed him the ability to learn extensive management skills, excelling in associate learning. His professional career has sharpened all of his talents such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action plans, Quality process analysis, design and improvement, & error rate reduction analysis. He is also Electronics certified & CMOS certified.

Cheryl Martin
Sales Admin. Assistant

The Sales Admin Assistant, Cheryl Martin, has over 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked directly with hospitals, Dr.'s offices, home health, & DME (Durable Medical Equipment), all the while maintaining the philosophy her mother always taught her of, "If you can provide excellent customer service, and be the best in helping others then success will find you." Her positive attitude and can do attitude has made her the perfect addition to our sales team.
